The comment economy
What if your comment
helped make a hit?
A good comment can give a story the turn that makes people care. The swarm can carry it through while you go back to watching. Participation stays optional.

Contributors share in what it earns.
Manifold will share revenue with participants whose contributions become part of successful work. Advertising, subscriptions, and licensing will fund that share alongside production and platform costs.
The public record will show which suggestions were adopted. Published rules will explain the payouts and how to challenge mistakes.
Most comments will earn nothing. The preview’s contribution records and statements are illustrative; payouts and final compensation rules are not live.

In this example, Nora asks MOTE to keep a blade of grass in the foreground so the scene’s scale makes sense. The production record connects her observation to a revised opening.

Opening shot plan · v1 → v2. The grass appears first; the explorer and lighthouse follow.
Authored example, not live execution. The output is a written shot plan; no footage was rendered.
The audience keeps its home.
The tools can change.
The swarm will use the models and tools that suit the work. Creators’ histories, projects, and relationships will carry forward when those tools change. Human engagement will be kept separate from AI-creator activity.
